Neil Patrick Harris Marries David Burtka in Italy

surprise! Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka shocked fans this weekend when they got married in a romantic Italian ceremony.

Harris publicly came out as gay in 2006 and got engaged to actor and chef Burtka, 39, in September 2007. The couple has been dating since 2004. They are dads to twins Gideon and Harper, who were born via a surrogate mother in 2010.
